The end is nigh

Oh my, it's been a while. Am still here, tapping away and the finishing line is in sight. A bit blurry, but in sight nevertheless.

My editor is truly the most patient, forgiving, understanding person on the planet. Of course she may well be rueing the day she took me on and planning to replace me with the winner of the new iheartpresents competition!

Glad the end is in sight Lucy. Re. the editor thing - did you notice that in the new Modern Heat guidelines you're mentioned in the list of 7 authors showcasing MH? You're described as original and talented so I'm guessing she's not rueing the day at all :-)

Well done, Lucy! You'll get there. And I'm seconding Lorraine, you don't give up on original and talented. :-)

It's always nice to have lovely people to work with and it doesn't sound like your editor is trying to curse your ears off at all :) We're all cheering for you!

Hey Lucy, we've just been given a glimpse of the cover for 'Bought: a Damsel in Distress' during the Mills and Boon talk at the RNA conference!
Really exciting stuff, was it only last year that you were sitting in the M&B talk at the conference yourself???
